Transforming Lives Through Wellness

Since 2017 I have assisted and guided people on their journeys to better physical and mental fitness. 

I received my certification as a wellness coach in 2018 while in New York, before heading to Tulum, Mexico for several courses in yoga, massages, meditation and more.


As my title is unfamiliar to many, a frequently asked question posed to me is: 

What does a wellness coach do? 


As a wellness coach I tailor each session carefully to my clients’ needs and preferences whether it's on a 1-1 basis or in a group. Together we identify undesired habits and come up with strategies to keep them in check, whilst simultaneously creating more desired habits and make them more permanent. We discuss day-to-day challenges as well as deeper topics in our sessions, as I have a non disclosure agreement with all my clients.

 

A workout should never feel like a punishment. Rather it's a party and celebration of what we can achieve with our physical and mental working together. Making workouts less serious is one of my key elements. 


Overall we work prehab to prevent rehab. We build a strong foundation so that we are best equipped to face life’s challenges and the natural aging process!


 We prioritize our wellness so we won't be forced to deal with illness.

Litness is Fitness

Is an extravagant workout morning party, hosted on Saturdays. This event is created to gather people through show, workout, and great music by the one and only DJ Ma. The main goal is to create a space where people can let loose, have fun and meet other sporty strangers.

Litness is Fitness is the kind of party where you leave with more than what you came with. The event is for everyone 18+ and is 100% Alcohol free.

Is a 60 min group class hosted by Laminofly at Mash Studios in Oslo. The class is a fullbody workout based on body weight in a room with infrared light.

My goal is to have fun whilst workingout in what's meant to feel like a tropical climate. This class is a celebration of a healthy body and is suitable for anyone who want's to sweat and isn't scared of good rhythms.

Is a lecture about First loving yourself. 

This is a lecture or seminar where a share some of my story in combination with experiences with clients over the past years. 

The ones booking this usually have me focus on 

self image, habits, motivation,

discipline and confidence.

FLYCAMP

is a two-day camp consisting of gathered meals, morning yoga, outdoors workouts, lectures, conversations and meditation. The camps are customized to the attendees and is perfect for teambuilding and friendcations.


The goal is to give people a break from their everyday life and introduce some activities where wellness and good vibes are amongst the main priorities. 


I collaborate with different venues with overnight options that fit the requirements in the Norwegian nature.
